## 2. Account Funds & Payments
- Funds added to your SCOOTSMM account are non-refundable.
- Panel funds may only be used to purchase services available on our platform.
- Double-check orders before placing them. Cancellations or changes after submission cannot be guaranteed.
## 3. Service Delivery & Warranty
- We strive to deliver services promptly and as described, but minor variations in delivery speed or numbers may occur due to server load or third-party changes.
- In case of partial delivery, any remaining eligible balance will be automatically refunded to your panel account.
- All services include a refill warranty valid for a maximum of 1 year from the order date. Refill requests submitted after 1 year from the order date will not be accepted.
- The 1-year warranty is the maximum coverage and may be limited by specific service terms.
## 4. No Guarantee of Reach, Growth, or Account Performance
- SCOOTSMM does not guarantee reach, growth, impressions, engagement, conversions, or any specific performance metrics for your social media accounts.
- We do not guarantee that followers, likes, views, or other metrics will cause organic reach to increase or remain stable.
- Social media platform algorithms, policy changes, removals, and user behavior may cause drops or other changes in metrics; SCOOTSMM is not responsible for such changes.
## 5. Drops, Restrictions & Platform Actions
- SCOOTSMM is not liable for drops in followers, likes, views, or other metrics caused by updates, removals, or algorithm changes from social media platforms.
- We are not responsible for any restrictions, penalties, temporary limits, or account actions imposed by social media platforms related to the use of our services.
## 6. Order Accuracy & Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all order details, including links, usernames, and quantities.
- Keep account settings (privacy, username, etc.) unchanged during an active order to avoid interruptions or incomplete delivery.
- Misuse of the platform (spamming, placing duplicate or fraudulent orders) may result in cancellations, forfeiture of funds, or account suspension.
## 7. Fair Usage & Prohibited Actions
- Do not use our platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purposes.
- Repeated duplicate orders, abusive behaviour, or any action contravening platform guidelines may lead to penalties or account termination.
## 8. Liability & “As Is” Service
- All services are provided “as is”. SCOOTSMM disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, related to performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the services.
